1. Order Cancellation & Refund

Order cancellation is only available before shipment is dispatched or the item is preordered. Otherwise, cancellation is not accepted at all. In case of cancellation, customer should email to help@kbeautymart.com within 24 hours after placing an order if there is any matter or unbearable reason.

Cancellation itself is not possible once missing or out of stock items can be checked within a week from shipment date. Partial refund notification will be informed to customer within 7 business days from the shipped date and payment will be refunded in voucher credit or in cash via PayPal.

* Voucher Credit is a type of discount coupon and customer can use it like cash at the website.

* It is able to check at "My voucher" column after logging in. Customer can copy voucher code and put it into voucher code box at cart summary page then order payment will be deducted as much as voucher amount.

* Order currency should be the same with voucher currency in order not to occur errors.



2. Returned Shipment

If shipment is returned by postal service from destination country by any reason, RSN (Returned Shipment Notification) would be emailed. Customer would be asked for reshipment and say “YES” then shipping and handling charge should be requested again for reshipment. If a customer doesn’t want for reshipment then, partial refund will be processed after deducting initial shipping and handling charge. Normally returned shipment will be reserved within 4 weeks time from the returned date thus extra storage cost would be charged in such case.

* Postal service covers small packet, k-packet, EMS and EMS premium.

* Shipment might be returned due to uncertain address issue or custom check of destination country.

3. Compensation for Lost, Damage, Defects, Late Delivery

* Return & Refund policy only covers for the defective products from manufacturing process.

* Any damage, item lost or late delivery of small packet air mail and K-Packet shipment are not compensated originally because these shipping methods are not covered by insurance.

* Customer should claim compensation for defects or damage of EMS shipment to helpkbeautymart@gmail.com with photos of defective item and its original box package. Customers also should submit damage report to local EMS service center at destination country. Please note that compensation for EMS shipment is only available when product itself is not playable or unusable. Such defects like cracked box, missing of free photo cards, broken album case are not compensated even though it is express service.

* Delivery can be delayed during busy season and delay is not compensated during this season (Christmas and new year, etc) even though it is express delivery service. Normal delays can be occurred due to local custom check at some of countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Italy, Qatar, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, India, etc. In such case, delivery delay is not compensated for the shipment either.

If you receive a damaged or defective item then please email us order number & product condition with photos within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns or negotiate compensation. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an RAM (Return Authorization Mail) and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us. These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and well wrapped. After receiving, we will examine and test the defective items for consideration of compensation.

If any defect found as described, then we will ship out replacement via small packet air mail service or compensate as the same value. Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to customer. Compensation for the ship back cost will be provided from our side as voucher credit and it will only be offered if the package is returned by small packet air mail. No compensation will be provided for other methods of shipment such as registered air mail, Courier services, Express mail or Next Day air services. If the package is returned by a shipping method other than small packet air mail, we have the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a small packet air mail.

Please note that we will verify the condition of all returned products before sending out a replacement or authorizing a refund. Reports of defective products on a replacement shipment will not be entertained. It normally takes a few weeks time to process a return and we are not responsible for lost of returns.
